Cedaredge was incorporated in 1907. Located in the Surface Creek Valley,
the town rests on the south side of Grand Mesa National Forest.
The Grand Mesa is the largest flat-top mountain in the world and boasts fishing, camping, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and many other
year-round outdoor activities.
The Surface Creek Valley is also widely known for numerous apple orchards. Join us the first weekend of October each year at Applefest for music, food, arts, crafts and more!
The area is also home to many artists, muscians and craftsman. Munson's Main St. Gallery is just one of the places you'll find wonderful local artwork.
